The strike was ordered a week ago. I've been doing my part picketing and 'walking the line' not because I want to but because I have to. I don't think a strike is a winning situation for anyone.
I hope this will all end soon and the nightmare will be over. Strikes make for bad relationships between people. Co-workers disagree on issues, bosses and employees don't see eye to eye and everyone loses.
Driving the DART has always been a job I've really enjoyed. I hope I can go back to that job very soon.
